Jordan was part of the team behind NativeCare, the Red Lake Nation’s cannabis enterprise in Minnesota — one of the earliest tribal cannabis retailers in the state. With over 20 years in the cannabis industry, Jordan has helped shape licensing strategy, operations, and market entry for operators across seven U.S. states and the EU.

RICHARD TALLBEAR
Richard served as lead consultant on Waabigwan Mashkiki, the White Earth Nation’s tribally owned cannabis enterprise in Minnesota — from foundational code and compact strategy through to the launch that made White Earth one of the first tribes in the state to open a legal adult-use dispensary, and one that has since grown into the largest tribal cannabis retail network in the country. Richard brings a sovereignty-first lens to every engagement, focused on structuring cannabis enterprises that hold up as tribal law, state relationships, and federal policy continue to shift.

Peter has spent the past 20 years in the cannabis industry connecting the dots for iconic names including Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, High Times, Weedmaps, The Bakerie and Cookies. He has created, led, and revitalized brands on a global scale. His creative agency, TheDopi.com, serves as the creative arm of Sovereign Canopy. Peter also specializes in operations, having owned and operated a fully vertical enterprise spanning cultivation, retail, and distribution in Los Angeles.
